received an sms from GV. that if i showed that sms at any GV box office, i'd get a free movie ticket. for. this movie. "Life As We Know It". so i thought, why not. so i went to redeem it. not knowing it's gonna be a "take-your-ticket-and-you-have-to-watch-it-NOW" kinda thing.
so i went. showed the text.
"can i have your gv member card please..."
"timing would be 7:10 or 9:25.."
pea: (oh shit..) 7:10.. please.
"thank you enjoy your movie"
pea: "well great i have to watch it NOW"
and i went two days. first day i went the queue was extremely LONG.
so i thought ey, theres one more day.
the second day i went, i queued, it moved pretty fast.
and so i got the ticket and watched it.
it was full house. and i had a pretty lousy popcorn all by myself.
thank god its a comedy.
