it's been about 2 weeks, if im not wrong, with the ending of this week being week no.2

i have not put sugar in my body.
well, maybe not completely,
some food contain sugar.
i mean, i dont drink coffee or tea
or anything sweet, like hot chocolate etc.
and i think it's kind of making me cranky.
im not in a bad mood.
but i do feel slightly negative.
im not angry.
but i just feel a bit of frustration at times.
i've been drinking lots of water
and eating food that are not exactly rich in flavor.
and today,
i decided to have a hot chocolate after lunch.
and OHMYGOD it taste TOO SWEET.
i didnt think that it tasted too sweet before
but
now i do.
which is good, i would make myself stay away from sweet stuff.
or just that hot choco.
i feel good.
i should continue this.
