Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are moving out. The couple have put their four-bedroom, five-bathroom home - which includes a gym, pool and spa - in a ritzy section of Nashville up for sale.The listing price of the 7000-square-foot mansion, inside a gated community, is $US2.5 million.

One friend told The New York Post: "It was Keith's house - they probably just want to find a home that is theirs.

"The real estate agent's blurb for the property describes it as a "tranquil celebrity retreat".

"Private, yet convenient. Recently completed, landscaped and decorated for most discriminating clients.

"Interior spaces flow freely and offer spectacular hillside views. Public areas open to the covered terrace, pool/spa."

Approximately 2.03 acre(s), Year Built: 2004, Two story, Central air conditioning, Swimming pool(s), Basement, Dining room, Den."

KIDMAN AND URBAN TO FARM IN NASHVILLE

NICOLE KIDMAN and husband KEITH URBAN are to become farmers - after purchasing land in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Hollywood couple recently (19Sep07) put their four-bedroom Nashville mansion on the market for $2.5 million (GBP1.25 million) - but they are not moving too far away from their old haunt.

According to Urban's representative, Paul Freundlich, the loved-up pair are planning to build a farmhouse on their newly-acquired property.

He adds, "They've found land within Nashville, and they're very excited about moving into their new place."
